The Loafie is an Australian business. Our products are in stock and orders are dispatched from our New Jersey warehouse. Standard US shipping is free.

Timing
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Dispatch time and delivery time are separate. The 5-15 business day estimate begins after the carrier receives your parcel. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption and remote locations can add time. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless we expressly call one a guarantee.
If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will contact you and provide any consent option or prompt refund required by law.
Delivery area
We currently ship to residential and business addresses in the 50 US states and Washington DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO FPO DPO addresses, freight forwarders or international addresses. We cancel and refund an unsupported order.
Address changes
Check your address before ordering. Email hello@getloafie.com immediately if it is wrong. We will try to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after warehouse processing begins. Redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address or non-collection require your agreement before being charged.
Missing damaged or incorrect deliveries
If tracking stalls, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@getloafie.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. You do not need to pursue the carrier yourself.
Returns
Returns go to our New Jersey warehouse after approval. See our Return and Refund Policy for the 30-day return window and postage rules.
